Birdy Wireless provides data-only eSIM services, allowing users to purchase and activate eSIM plans for mobile data connectivity in various countries. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods through our secure payment processors. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your full payment card information.
Due to the digital nature of eSIM services, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or service failures. Please contact our support team for assistance.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service availability may be affected by factors beyond our control, including network issues, carrier limitations, and device compatibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluelight Resources Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bluelight Resources Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
